The City of Euless Utility Billing Office is committed to the privacy of its customers. Customers may control the release of account information in accordance with Texas Utilities Code Ch. 182. For specific information about your account, you will need to provide us with certain personally identifiable information.
 
The City of Euless will not release individual/consumer information related to your water utility account without first receiving written consent from the account holder.  However, please keep in mind that the City may release individual/consumer information to a consumer reporting agency, an official or employee of the state, a political subdivision of the state, or the United States acting in an official capacity; an employee of a utility acting in connection with the employee’s duties; a contractor or subcontractor approved by and providing services to the utility, the state, a political division of the state, or the United States; a person for whom the customer has contractually waived confidentiality for personal information; and/or another entity that provides water, wastewater, sewer, gas, garbage, electricity, or drainage service for compensation.
