This page was developed to assist you in your decision to create, relocate or expand your business in Euless. We encourage you to contact the Planning and Economic Development Department as the starting point for all land use and development in the City of Euless. Staff reviews all rezoning requests and makes recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.
Applications for subdivision plats are also processed in this department. Most land development proposals require the submittal of a detailed site plan, which gives staff the chance to review the characteristics of the site, including building locations and design, parking, signs, landscaping, access, garbage pickup, lighting and more.
Development Project Applications
Applications for Development projects within the community undergo a rigorous plan review and approval process prior to construction. This includes residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial activity of any kind. The development process is facilitated by the Development Services Group (DSG) to ensure that all aspects of a project relative to zoning, platting, utilities, construction and architectural standards, aesthetics and life/safety issues are in compliance with Euless' codes and ordinances, as well as any Federal and State regulations that may be applicable. From pre-submittal to project close-out, the DSG is here to ensure your development experience is a pleasant one.
