Cross-Connection Control Program

The City of Euless has partnered with Aqua Backflow to assist with its cross connection control/backflow program. The City will be utilizing Aqua Backflow’s TrackMyBackflow.com tracking website. Aqua Backflow will contact water customers when backflow testing is due and will also notify them of the new program.

Effective immediately, all backflow test results must be submitted on TrackMyBackflow.com. There is a $10.95 filing fee. Remember to no longer forward tests to Euless, as they will be returned to you.

If you have not already done so, please register as a tester at the above website for free. You will be issued a user name and password for online access. Please be sure to keep your licensing, certifications, test kit calibrations, etc. current with us.

Online data entry is performed by simply entering the Hazard ID number associated with that specific hazard OR entering the Site ID number, both of which are on all communications with your customer. For the first year and for ease of data input, please obtain the ID number(s) from your customer. Note that Hazard ID numbers and Site ID numbers never change. Write ID numbers on your test forms to make online data entry even easier! You may also search by backflow assembly serial number and building number (address) if you don’t have the ID numbers.

Thank you for your cooperation and assistance with this and all other cross connection control programs. If you have questions or need further information, please visit Aqua Backflow’s websites. You may also contact Aqua Backflow directly at (847) 742-2296 or email info@AquaBackflow.com.
