The City of Euless has three (3) active Public Improvement Districts (PIDs). These districts were established pursuant to Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, which authorizes municipalities to create special districts to fund public improvements and services. PIDs allow the City to levy special assessments on properties located within each district’s defined boundaries to fund improvements and services that supplement those normally provided by the City.
