Purpose

Housing and Structure Board is the body as designated by the City Council for the purpose of hearing appeals under applicable housing and substandard building codes of the City (Chapter 14).

Duties

• Hold Public Hearing for abatement of substandard buildings.
• Issue order relating to abatement of substandard buildings.

Membership

The Housing and Structure Board consists of members from the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Meetings are called as needed.
