Euless residents are invited to safely dispose of
hazardous household waste such as paint, chemicals,
and oils at the annual Crud Day. The City of Fort
Worth’s Crud Cruiser mobile collection trailer can
accept materials from approximately 125 households,
so space is limited. You may also bring any small
electrical appliances you would like to recycle like
computers, radios, VCRs, stereos, clocks, and hair
dryers.
Once the mobile collection unit reaches capacity,
residents may deliver materials to the EnvironmentalCollection Center (ECC), which is located at 6400
Bridge Street in Fort Worth. For ECC directions and
hours of operation, please call 817-392-1234.
The City of Euless is charged for each household at
Crud Day and at the ECC, so residents are encouraged
to make the most of their trips.
Residents can also dispose of sensitive papers at
the annual Shred Day. Bring discarded papers and
important documents to Euless’ drive-through
disposal for shredding and recycling. Papers may
contain thin metals such as staples or paperclips,
or even rubber bands. Please do not bring CDs,
jump drives, three-ring binders, or plastic bags.
Each vehicle may bring up to five boxes of paper
in standard-size boxes (15” x 12” x 10”) or paper
grocery bags.
Proof of Euless residency is required to participate
in Crud Day, Shred Day, and to dispose of waste at
the ECC. For a complete list of accepted hazardous
and electronic waste, please visit www.eulesstx.gov/hazmat or call 817-685-1821.
