How do I locate Utility Lines and Traffic Signal Control Lines within the City?

Water, sewer and storm drain lines which are owned by the City may be located by calling 817-685-1580. Electric, telephone, gas and TV cable companies must be contacted separately for their line locations. You must also call 1-800-DIG-TESS (1-800-344-8377) for other utilities that may be located in the street or on private property.


How do I report a pothole or a damaged street sign?

You can contact the Public Works/Street Division at 817-685-1580 to report potholes and damaged street signs or submit a service request via Access Euless.


How do I report traffic signal light malfunctions or to request a traffic signal light?

You can contact the Public Works Department at 817-685-1914 or submit a service request via Access Euless.


Who do I call for repairs on freeways and state highways such as S.H. 10, FM 157, S.H. 360, and S.H. 183?

Contact the Texas Department of Transportation at 817-399-4350.


How do I report a street light that is not working or burned out?

Report street light outages directly with Oncor by calling 888-313-4747.


How do I report a wastewater backup or a water leak after normal working hours?

The Public Works Utility Division provides 24 hour service. If you are calling Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., call 817-685-1580. For after hours and weekends call 817-685-1526.

Before 7:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m., you need to call the Police Department at 817-685-1526 to report a wastewater backup or a water leak. The Police Department will contact the appropriate people after hours to respond.

Where does Euless water come from?

Euless purchases water from the Trinity River Authority, and produces water through three city wells.

Is the water in Euless tested?

Euless is required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to sample the water for bacterial contamination a minimum of 50 times per month. Annual water quality reports are available.
