Refunds and Transfers for a Class

Full refunds will be granted when requested five days in advance of the class start dates. If requested prior or after the session has begun, you will be granted a refund at a prorated rate plus an additional $5 administrative fee.

If courses are cancelled by the Parks and Community Services Department due to low enrollment or other circumstances, the participant may:

  • Request to transfer to another class that still has an opening
  • Have the registration fee applied to their recreation account to use at a later date
  • Receive a full refund by check or credit to credit card. Refund checks will be mailed to your address on file in two to three weeks. NO CASH REFUNDS are issued.

Memberships

There are no refunds for memberships. However, you may upgrade memberships at anytime.
