Bear Creek Padsite (BC Associates 1H, 4H, 6H, 7H) State Highway 360

Chesapeake Energy received approval for a Gas Well Pad Site Permit from the City of Euless City Council on June 22, 2010 for a site located northeast of the intersection of Mid Cities Boulevard and State Highway 360. A Gas Well Operations Permit was issued by the City of Euless for the BC Associates 1H well on September 1, 2010 and for wells BC Associates 4H, 6H on September 13, 2010. Operations permits for BC Associates 2H, 3H, and 5H were issued in May 2011.

Chesapeake Energy has fractured the BC Associates 1H well on this pad site. The Operator has constructed gas delivery completion equipment on the site and has begun installation of the masonry wall surrounding the pad site. The drilling activity that has occurred on the site has been in compliance with the City of Euless standards.

Northeast corner of Bear Creek Parkway and Midway Drive

Chesapeake Energy received approval for a Gas Well Pad Site Permit from the City of Euless on March 24, 2011. The company received approval for Gas Well Operations Permits for three wellheads (BC Associates K 8H [April 6, 2011]; Vandelay 1H [April 26, 2011]; and Del Boca Vista 1H [May 20, 2011]) The BC Associates and Del Boca Vista wellheads have been drilled on this site. The fresh water pond on the north end of the site is almost completed and will soon be filled with water to allow fracturing processes to begin. The drilling activity that has occurred on the site has been in compliance with the City of Euless standards.

Mims Padsite - 2500 Block of S. Pipeline Road

Chesapeake Energy received approval for a Gas Well Pad Site Permit from the City of Euless on June 14, 2011. The company will be submitting operations permit information in the coming weeks.

David H. Arrington Oil & Gas Inc.

Reveille Padsite (Reveille 1H, 2H) Northeast corner of
Westpark Way and W. Pipeline Road

David H. Arrington Oil & Gas Inc. received approval for a Gas Well Pad Site Permit from the City of Euless City Council on June 22, 2010 for a site located at the northeast corner of Westpark Way and W Pipeline Road. A Gas Well Operations Permit was issued by the City of Euless for two gas wells at this location on June 30, 2010. The wells have not been fractured yet, but the Operator is anticipating fracturing this summer. The Operator re-graded the site and will be constructing a masonry wall and steel tubular fence surrounding the site as per their permit requirements. Inspection of the wells and the drilling process has yielded compliance by the drilling operator with the City of Euless Gas Drilling and Production Ordinance.
