Transportation Services

DART

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) gets you around 13 cities (Addison, Carrollton, Cockrell Hill, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Glenn Heights, Highland Park, Irving, Plano, Richardson, Rowlett and University Park) with rail, bus, paratransit, HOV lane and rideshare services. We serve DFW International Airport and Fort Worth via the Trinity Railway Express (TRE).

TRE

The Trinity Railway Express links downtown Fort Worth, downtown Dallas and DFW Airport. Scheduled train service is provided Monday through Saturday. No regularly scheduled service is available on Sunday. Special Sunday service may be promoted for announced special events only.

The T

The Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The T) provides bus, vanpool and Trinity Railway Express (TRE) rail services to commuters and residents throughout Tarrant County. Our mission is to reduce the traffic burden on Fort Worth and Tarrant County roads and interstates, reduce pollution levels and ease parking problems for the communities we serve.

DFW Airport

Located halfway between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, and partially in Euless, Texas, DFW International Airport is the world's third busiest, offering nearly 2,000 flights per day and serving 57 million passengers a year. DFW International Airport provides non-stop service to 130 domestic and 38 international destinations worldwide. Wheels Program

If a Euless resident is in need of medical transportation anywhere in Tarrant County , they can call the Northeast Transportation Service (NETS) and schedule a trip through the Wheels Program. Wheels, primarily funded by United Way, is a donation-based program that assists anyone without transportation, not just seniors or disabled citizens. Reservations are made on a medical priority scale depending on the procedure. The earlier a reservation is made, the better. The trips run from 5:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. For more information, please call (817) 336-8714.

NETS

The Northeast Tarrant Transportation Service (NETS) offers door-to-door transportation services to residents who are disabled or 55 or older. Trained drivers are available to assist passengers in getting on and off vehicles. This service is available in Euless from 7 am-6 pm Monday through Friday and costs $1.50 per one-way trip.

Trip requests are taken from 8:30-11 am and 1-4 pm Monday through Friday. You must give at least two business days notice in advance of the trip date. For more information, please contact NETS at (817) 336-8714.

When you call, be prepared to provide:

  • The time you are due at your destination
  • The destination address and description
  • The time of your return trip
  • The number of guests
  • If a personal care attendant will accompany you

In order to accommodate all trip requests it may not be possible to schedule your trip.

HEB Transit

Operating in the Hurst, Euless and Bedford area, the newly created HEB Transit service will provide transportation access to those who do not qualify for existing programs such as NETs and WHEELS. Please review this flyer for additional information.

The Tarrant Regional Transportation Coalition (TRTC) is a non-profit membership organization that advocates for transportation improvements in the western half of the North Texas Metroplex.
