Fire Codes
The City of Euless enforces the 2003 International Fire Code, as amended. This Code works hand in hand with the 2003 I – Codes, which are adopted by the City and a broad assortment of State laws governing construction and activities within the City.
The laws are supplemented by a variety of recognized standards that must generally be followed in the City. These include the Standards published by the National Fire Protection Association, Underwriters Laboratory standards, Standards published by the Petroleum Institute and many others. Some of these are available through links on this page.
The Euless Codes and amendments can be accessed and searched via the online City Ordinances. This does not include all information you might need and it is very strongly recommended that you contact someone from the Fire Marshal's Office at 817-685-1600 for specific information on your project.
