The Department responded to 3814 calls for emergency services in 2009. The Department is very active in regional fire issues including participation in the NEFDA group, as well as automatic and mutual aid agreements with surrounding Cities.
The Euless Fire Department is ranked one of the best in the State for fire protection and prevention. The Fire Department is very proud to be one of only a handful of departments in the State that has been awarded an ISO CLASS 1 designation by the Insurance Service Organization.
The department was originally established as a small volunteer organization and has grown with the area into the career department of today. We are proud to be associated with our neighboring communities in a joint effort to provide excellent service to the residents of our community and the 14 combined communities comprising the North East Fire Department Association.
