New Animal Ordinance
The City of Euless recently passed many revisions to the existing Animal Ordinance that give better definitions of dangerous dogs, and provide procedures and legal remedies for animal attacks for citizens and animal control officers. Additionally, these revisions provide authority for animal control officers to remove animals from vehicles if conditions pose a threat to the health and welfare of the animal. The amendment updates the list of prohibited animals to include turtles and provides regulations regarding the keeping of bees.
