2009 Summer Reading Club Libraries: Deep in the Heart of Texas!
June 8 - August 8
The Euless Public Library is the place to be this summer. Every resident of Euless from babies to teens to grandparents and every age in between should plan on reading to earn prizes throughout the summer. Along with our awesome reading program, we will have weekly storytimes, craft times and puppet shows.

Our summer reading club adult participants will also receive prizes. Both clubs will end with a special performance by musician Brian Burns. Even if you don't join the Summer Reading Club, you won't want to miss this wonderful concert.
Brian Burns Concert
"Once Upon a Time in Texas"

Brian Burns is one of Texas' premier singer/songwriters. His masterful weaving of Texas music and Texas history has earned him awards such as Texas Artist of the Year, Texas Solo Artist of the Year and Record of the Year. His critically acclaimed cd, "The Eagle & The Snake: Songs of the Texians," has been hailed nationally as a musical and historical masterpiece. The album's most successful single, "I've Been Everywhere (In Texas)" has topped radio playlists and music charts (including a five-week entry on Radio & Records, the industry's major reporting music chart). Brian Burns presents "Once Upon a Time in Texas," a live musical presentation suitable for all ages.
