Lawn Mowing & Maintenance
Avoid code enforcement violations while complying with health and safety ordinances.
Euless residents are required to mow and maintain their property not only from an aesthetic point of view, but also for health and safety reasons. Therefore, Euless enforces a city ordinance that prohibits grass and weeds from exceeding 12 inches in height.
If you receive a notice of violation, you have 10 days to resolve the problem. Otherwise, the city will place a lien on your property for the cost of having a contractor mow.
Unmaintained lawns and vacant lots attract rodents and mosquitoes. They can also become a fire hazard if the high grass becomes dry.
Please contact the Code Enforcement office at 817-685-1625 if you have any questions or concerns.
