New Councilmember Donna Mickan

Donna Mickan

Donna Mickan is a retired educator from Trinity High School. She formerly served on the city's Economic Development Advisory Board and the Euless Historical Preservation Committee. She is a frequent docent at historic Heritage Park and serves as a Stephen Minister as well as on the Administrative Board of First United Methodist Church of Hurst where she sings in the chancel choir. She has served as her neighborhood association's president, on the board and is currently a standing committee chair for beautification.

Donna and her husband Randell moved to Euless in 1964. Donna was co-owner and operator of Bloomtown Florist when it opened in Euless Town Center in 1981. She and Randell have been married 47 years and have two children. Their daughter Marianne Priddy and husband Michael have two children, Mitchell and Michelle. Their son Randy and wife Kelly also have two children, Erin and Samantha. Their grandchildren range in age, so there are always many varied activities to enjoy. Donna loves to travel, play the piano and sing in the church choir. She is delighted to have the opportunity to serve the city she loves.
