New Euless Fire Chief Announced

Euless City Manager Gary McKamie announced in July that Robert Isbell has accepted the position of Fire Chief for the City of Euless. Isbell has served as Deputy Fire Chief of Euless for the past five years.
Isbell has served as Fire Chief and Battalion Commander in Southlake. Prior to that he worked for the City of Mansfield, where he began in 1985 as a Firefighter/Paramedic and promoted through the ranks to Training Captain.
"I've received valuable training everywhere I've been from Mansfield to Southlake to Euless, that has prepared me for leading this first class organization," said Isbell.
Isbell holds an Associate's Degree in Fire Protection Technology from Tarrant County Junior College and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Safety Administration from Grand Canyon University. Isbell completed the Executive Fire Officer Program from the National Fire Academy in Maryland and is currently completing a Master's Degree in Executive Leadership also from Grand Canyon University.
Isbell and his wife Laura have been married for 15 years. They have three children: Sarah, Hannah and Emily.
