New Fire Station

After nearly 20 years of operation at the former location, Fire Station #3 has moved into a new facility with room to grow. In September 2005, the City officially dedicated its newest building, Fire Station #3. Located at 202 S. Main , just around the corner from its previous location, the new one-story station consists of 13,000 square feet and four large bays for fire equipment.

The station will provide for future growth and service to the residents of South Euless . It is designed to accommodate two Fire Companies and an Ambulance. Add additional firefighters and more equipment in the future. This modern facility will house a ladder truck, ambulance, Battalion Chief and reserve equipment.

Fire Chief Lee Koontz commented, “We have looked forward for sometime to this new station that will provide more room and better working conditions for our firefighters and allow for future expansion. We are extremely pleased with the new facility.”
